Economic impact

The proposed $500 million development would be a transformative economic engine for Northeast Indiana. The first phase of the project is projected to generate over $80 million in new tax revenue annually including:

Full House will pay for 100% of the project and not receive any tax abatements or incentives of any kind.

The City of New Haven is projected to receive $16.4 million annually in gaming taxes.

Twenty percent (20%) will be allocated to property tax rebates so every New Haven homeowner will receive an annual tax rebate of approximately $685.

Disclaimer: This estimate is based on the 4,788 homesteads within the City of New Haven as of October 2024. The rebate amount cannot exceed the portion of property taxes paid to the City of New Haven, so homeowners will not receive more than they pay in city property taxes.

Job Creation

The first phase alone will create a significant number of jobs, providing stable employment opportunities for residents, and contributing to economic growth and workforce development.
